Rory Armes
Founder & CEO

Before founding Cumul8’s parent company Eight Solutions, as GM of Electronic Arts and, previously, co-founder and President of Radical Entertainment, Rory managed 1500+ staff studios and oversaw the development of some of the world’s biggest and most successful video game franchises, including FIFA and Harry Potter.

Andrew Chan
Chief Financial Officer

A CGA with a strong financial background in technology at both EA and Raytheon Systems Canada, Andrew was named to the BC Business Top 40 under 40 list in 2014.

Michael Devine
EVP, Sales & Marketing

Prior to joining Cumul8, Michael led the Sales and Marketing team at Squirrel Systems, a technology innovator in the global hospitality industry. Some of his previous roles include co-founder and president of a CRM software company until its eventual sale, as well as GM, Channel Sales of a large enterprise telecommunications provider.

Bill Harrison
Head of Product

A 20-year technology veteran with strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills, Bill is a former Executive Producer at EA, where he oversaw FIFA and Need For Speed, which together generate over $750 million per year.

Lisa Francilia
Chief Branding Officer

As Chief Branding Officer for EA, Lisa consolidated the EA Sports brand across nine franchises plus Need For Speed, managing a team of 30+ designers. Previously, as Chief Creative Director of TBWA Advertising (Western Canada), Lisa has been recognized globally for her creative work.

Georgina Havelka
Director of Operations

With 10+ years in technical leadership roles at prominent gaming companies such as EA and Radical Entertainment, Georgina is passionate about running technical teams and developing complex software. Georgina was integral to building the technical team and award-winning software at Gener8.
